Google background experiment fails

Last week, some of you may have seen google background feature added to your google homepage. According to google, it was a 24 hour experiment, possibly to celebrate Bing's launch 1 year on, a nice thought by google perhaps? Who knows, but the background experiement was badly done, and was withdrawn after only 14 hours due to bad reports and complaints.
